DGH Community Engagement: 2024 Viterra Men's Curling Championship

This month, DGH had the opportunity to support local curling!

The 2024 Viterra Men's Curling Championship ran from February 6^th to 11^th in Stonewall, Manitoba, bringing high-caliber curling to Manitoba's Interlake region. DGH was more than willing to provide both sponsorship and engineering support to an event in its local community.

An event like this requires an immense amount of planning and preparation. When the Stonewall Viterra Host Committee required Structural Engineering for the installation of a viewing platform for the curling championships, they trusted DGH to evaluate the planned installation and provide construction drawings for the crew completing the work. DGH oversaw the installation and certified the work, allowing spectators a great viewing experience throughout the entirety of the event!
